Creamy hot chocolate enriched with tahini, topped with crunchy maple-spiced nut bark shards.

Method

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil gently. Stir in the maple syrup, cinnamon.

  3. Chill until set. Break into shards.
  4. Warm almond milk in a saucepan. Whisk in cacao, maple syrup, tahini, cinnamon and salt until smooth.
  5. Pour into mugs and serve with shards of spiced nut bark on top or alongside.
