We aim to deliver your order within 5 working days from the date it is placed. Once an order has been submitted, we are unable to amend or add items to it.

To qualify for Next Day Delivery, orders must be placed before the advertised cut-off time of midday. After midday orders are processed the next day for delivery the day after. Postcode exclusions may apply.
Orders placed after midday on Fridays and weekends will be dispatched the next working day. We do not deliver on weekends.

Tracking Your Delivery
Once your order has been dispatched, you will receive an email from our courier containing your tracking information.
You can use this tracking number to follow your parcel's journey online. On the day of delivery, the courier will provide an estimated delivery window and, where available, options to rearrange your delivery if required.
If you need help tracking an order, please send us an email and we can look into any issues or queries for you.
Free Delivery
*Free delivery is calculated on your order subtotal after any discounts, promotional codes or basket offers have been applied.
For example, an order worth £35 receiving a 10% discount would have a subtotal of £31.50 and would therefore incur the applicable delivery charge.
Free delivery applies to eligible UK Mainland postcodes only. Postcode exclusions apply.
Orders exceeding 30kg in total weight (including packaging) may be subject to additional delivery charges.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
If you do not take delivery of the products or provide adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, the cost of the products will be refunded, but delivery charges will remain payable.
If there is an issue with your delivery, you must notify us in writing within 14 days of the delivery date.
Please take care when opening parcels. Products damaged by knives or other sharp objects during opening will not be eligible for refund or exchange. We recommend removing the tape by hand wherever possible.
Collection from Grape Tree Online
If orders are not collected within 14 days they will be cancelled and refunded in full.

We regret that we are currently unable to ship orders to the Republic of Ireland or mainland Europe.
