Coconut Flour is the shredded and dried white meat of fresh and mature coconuts, which has the natural taste and carries the delicious coconut flavour and aroma. High in fibre and protein, it is a suitable replacement for wheat flour. If using it as a replacement flour please keep in mind that it behaves a little differently to wheat flour and that 1 cup (around 128g) of wheat flour is the equivalent of 1/2 cup (around 26g) of the coconut variety.
