Our delivery service comes with full order tracking, allowing you to follow the exact progress of your parcel online as well as via email and text message from the moment it enters our courier’s network.
Once your order has been shipped you will be notified by email and when your parcel is with our courier then they will contact you separately with your unique tracking details. Track your parcel with your unique tracking number on the DHL website.
On the day of your delivery, you will be sent a notification letting you know what hour your order will be delivered (e.g. between 12 pm and 1 pm) and if you are not going to be in at that time you can rearrange delivery by simply responding to the message.
Please note that parcels are only delivered Monday to Friday, not on Saturdays, Sundays, or Bank Holidays. If you receive your shipment notification after 3 pm then we can't guarantee that it will be received the next working day.
We will deliver your order FREE* to all UK Mainland addresses when you spend £35 or more. Please note that this free delivery threshold is subject to change at the discretion of the business. Any orders above 30kg in weight (including packaging) may be subject to additional charges. *Postcode exclusions apply, should this affect your order please contact us for further details.
Delivery Terms & Conditions
- If you do not take delivery of the products or supply adequate delivery instructions, we may cancel your order and retain the products. In this event, we will refund you the price of the products, but you will still be liable to pay any delivery charges.
- If there is an error or any other delivery problem in respect of the products ordered, you must notify us in writing within 14 days after the delivery date. We will not be liable for any loss or damage if you fail to do this.
- Please take care when opening parcels with a knife or other sharp object as this may pierce the products within and any products inadvertently opened in this manner will not be eligible for exchange or refund. We recommend removing the tape on the box by hand.

Frequently Asked Questions
How soon can I receive my online order?
If your query is concerning an order and you are chasing delivery, then the current lead time is 5 working days from the date of your order.
Will I be notified of dispatch?
You will receive an email once this has been dispatched with a tracking link. The tracking won’t start until your parcel is with our courier which is usually the next working day.
Can I add to my order?
We will not be able to amend or add to your order after confirmation.
Will I be able to collect loyalty points online?
The in-store loyalty card points scheme is not currently available online and points will not be added.

What do I do if I have items missing from my order?
If an item is missing and has been asterisked or marked with an 'R' you will receive a refund within 7 to 10 working days.
