Rich, fudgy truffles with bright orange zest and a pinch of sea salt — simple but beautiful for gifting.

Makes: 14–16 truffles

Prep Time: 15 minutes

Chill Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

To finish

  • Extra cacao powder or crushed pistachios
  • Sea salt flakes

Method:

  1. Blend dates, ground almonds, cacao, orange zest, orange juice, coconut oil and salt until smooth and sticky.
  2. Roll into small balls using damp hands.
  3. Roll in cacao powder or crushed pistachios.
  4. Sprinkle lightly with sea salt flakes.
  5. Chill for 30 minutes before serving. Store chilled.
