A layered little pot of chocolatey cherry bliss! Rich and decadent, but still wonderfully easy to make ahead.

Ingredients (Serves 1):

  • 3 tbsp chia seeds
  • 240ml almond milk
  • 1 tbsp cocoa powder
  • 2 tbsp maple syrup
  • Cherry compote
  • Chocolate shavings
  • Coconut whipped cream

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, plant milk, cocoa powder and maple syrup.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with cherry compote, chocolate shavings and a dollop of coconut whipped cream before serving.
