It’s chai latte vibes, but you get to eat it with a spoon! The warm spices and juicy apple make this pudding taste like autumn in a bowl.

Ingredients (serves 1)

Instructions:

  1. Mix chia seeds, plant milk, spices and maple syrup in a jar or bowl.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight.
  3. Top with diced apple and a sprinkle of cinnamon before serving.
