Nutty, jammy, and ridiculously easy to throw together - think of this as PB&J’s grown-up cousin, layered into a spoonable treat!

Ingredients (Serves 1): 

Instructions:

  1. In a bowl or jar, combine chia seeds, plant milk, peanut butter and maple syrup. Mix well.
  2. Cover and refrigerate overnight (or at least 4 hours) until thickened.
  3. Before serving, swirl in the strawberry jam and sprinkle with chopped peanuts.
