Soft apple chia filling wrapped in buttery peanut-oat crumble, baked until golden. The perfect snack for cosy days, packed lunches… or anytime.

Method:

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan). Line square tin.
  2. In a pan, cook apples with maple syrup + cinnamon 10 mins. Stir in chia.
  3. In a bowl, mix your oats, almonds, peanut butter, maple syrup, coconut oil + salt.
  4. Press 2/3 into tin.
  5. Spread over the apple filling.
  6. Crumble rest on top + sprinkle flaked almonds.
  7. Bake 20–25 mins until golden. Cool fully before slicing.
