Both soluble and insoluble fibre are important, and the NHS recommend that we consume 30g of fibre per day.
Up to 10g of Psyllium husk can be consumed daily but we recommend to start at 5g serving and gradually increase the amount over 3 weeks.
Simply add 5g to your favourite dish including porridge, yogurt, smoothies or baking.
