Linwoods’ sprouting process helps breakdown complex food molecules contained in all grains, nuts, seeds and legumes. Sprouted seeds are more easily absorbed, improving digestibility and rendering them more nutritious.
After the seeds have sprouted, we slowly dry and cold mill them for optimal nutrition.
