Semolina is a type of flour that is ground from Durum wheat. Commonly used in baking and cooking, widely used in Italian and Mediterranean cuisines. Semolina is known for its high protein and fibre content.
Add to a pan with milk, water, sugar or sweetener and salt. Then cook on a medium heat for 3-5 minutes, stir until it is as thick as you want.
