Vegan Peanut Mousse

Super light, fluffy and creamy - this peanut butter mousse is a pure delight! It is created with silken tofu and aquafaba for an ultra-smooth finish and fridge ready in just a few minutes. It’s delicious on its own or topped with dark chocolate chips. Perfect as a dessert or afternoon treat to satisfy your cravings!

Method: Making the Vegan Peanut Butter Mousse

  1. Place the silken tofu, maple syrup, salt and peanut butter into a blender and process until smooth.
  2. In the meantime, whip up the aquafaba until stiff peaks form, then fold the aquafaba into the peanut butter mix.
  3. Transfer into 4 small jars and place into the fridge overnight. Garnish with dark chocolate chips and enjoy!
