Rich, fudgy chocolate squares made with chickpeas, walnuts and cacao.

Finished with a creamy tahini swirl, orange zest and crunchy walnuts for the dreamiest texture and flavour combo.

High in fibre, naturally protein-rich and perfect sliced straight from the fridge.

Honestly? You’d never guess there are chickpeas in these.

Ingredients

Tahini swirl

  • 2 tbsp tahini
  • 1 tbsp maple syrup
  • Splash water

To finish

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 180°C (160°C fan) and line a tin.
  2. Blend all base ingredients until smooth and thick.
  3. Spoon into tin and smooth the top.
  4. Swirl tahini mixture through the top.
  5. Sprinkle with walnuts and cacao nibs.
  6. Bake for 18–20 minutes until just set.
