Fish curry also known as Malabar Curry is a Goan Dish. It consists of lightly fried fish pieces in a rich coconut flavoured sauce.
Grape Tree Fish Curry Spice Mix 40g. Fish curry also known as Malabar Curry is a Goan Dish. It consists of lightly fried fish pieces in a rich coconut flavoured sauce.
No need to add onion, ginger, garlic or any other spices.
Just add 500g fish, half a lemon, 50g yogurt, 3 tomatoes (200g), 300ml coconut milk.

How to cook:
Rub a pinch of salt and ½ lemon juice to 500g fish pieces. After 15-20 minutes, gently wash the fish and drain excess water
In a frying pan, heat 6 tbsp oil and shallow fry the pieces for 5 minutes on medium heat. Place the fish on absorbent kitchen paper and set aside.
Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan, add 3 (200g) crushed tomatoes, 50g yogurt and 1 pack of Grape Tree Fish Curry Spice Mix and sauté until the oil separates.
Add 1 cup (300ml) coconut milk and keep stirring until it boils. Now add fried fish pieces to the pan and simmer for another 5 minutes until gravy is of desired consistency. Fish curry is ready to serve with rice or bread.
Tip – To increase the spice level, slit two green chillies in half and add it to your dish.
