Just add 1kg chicken, 200g cream and 50g butter (4 tbsp).

How to cook:
Make shallow cuts on 1kg chicken pieces. Mix with 4 tbsp oil and 1 pack of Grape Tree Lemon Herb Chicken Spice Mix. Allow to marinate for 1 hour or refrigerate overnight.
In a pan, heat 2 tbsp oil and 4 tbsp butter. Add the marinated chicken pieces and saute on low heat until oil separates. Add 1 cup (300ml) water and let it simmer for 8-10 minutes until chicken is tender.
Add 200g cream and continue stirring until the curry boils. Simmer 4-5 minutes until curry is thick. Silt few pieces of green chilli in half and use as a garnish. Serve hot with bread or roti.
