Grape Tree Hot And Spicy Curry Sauce 60g. A flavourful and rich sauce with chillies, ginger, garlic and other spices. This curry sauce is versatile and can be used in multiple dishes.
No need to add onion, ginger, garlic or any other spices.
Just add 500g chicken/meat or 300g paneer/mixed veggies, 300g tomatoes and 100g yogurt.

How to cook:
For Non Veg (Chicken or Meat -500g)
1. Make shallow cuts and marinate with 2 tbsp oil and 1 sachet of Grape Tree Curry Sauce Spice Mix. Refrigerate for 2 hours or overnight.
2. Heat 4 tbsp oil in a pan and sauté the marinated chicken/meat pieces on medium heat until brown and oil separates.
3. Add 200g crushed tomatoes, 100g plain yogurt and salt (according to taste) to the pan and stir well. Simmer until oil separates.
4. Put 1 cup (300ml water) to the pan and bring to the boil. Turn the heat to low, cover the pan with lid and let it simmer for 5 – 10 minutes until the curry is thick. For meat, cover the pan and then gently simmer 50-60 minutes until the meat is tender and the sauce is nice and thick.
For Veg (Paneer or Mixed Vegetables – 300g)
1. Heat 4 tbsp oil in pan and add 200g crushed tomatoes, 100g plain yogurt, salt (according to taste) and 1 sachet of spice mix. Sauté on medium heat until oil separates.
2. Add 1 cup (300ml) water to the pan with 300g mixed veggies (parboiled) or paneer and bring to the boil. Simmer 5-10 minutes until curry is thick.
Tip – To increase the spice level, slit two green chillies in half and add it to your dish.
