These chocolate fruit & nut bark eggs are fun to make, easy to customise and perfect for gifting or sharing.

Makes: 8–10

Prep Time: 10 minutes

Chill Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Method

  1. Melt chocolate and coconut oil gently over a bain-marie or in short microwave bursts.
  2. Spoon chocolate into egg-shaped moulds.
  3. Sprinkle generously with fruit, nuts, seeds and sea salt or add the fruit and nuts before the chocolate if preferred (treats inside the chocolate)
  4. Chill for 30 minutes until set.
  5. Store chilled in an airtight container.
