Made with dark chocolate, cranberries, quinoa puffs + nuts - these take 10 minutes and are perfect for kids, gifting or freezer snacks.

Method

  1. In a microwave, gently melt chocolate and coconut oil.
  2. Stir in quinoa, cranberries, nuts, seeds and sea salt.
  3. Spoon into silicone muffin cases and top with extra toppings.
  4. Chill 30 mins to set.
  5. Store in fridge or freezer.
