Made with dark chocolate, cranberries, quinoa puffs + nuts - these take 10 minutes and are perfect for kids, gifting or freezer snacks.
Makes: 5-6 cups
Prep: 10 mins · Chill: 30 mins
Ingredients
- 200g dark chocolate (70%+)
- 1 tsp coconut oil
- 4 tbsp puffed quinoa or rice
- 4 tbsp dried cranberries
- 4 tbsp chopped walnuts or almonds
- 2 tbsp pumpkin seeds
- 1 tsp orange extract (optional)
- Pinch of sea salt
Method
- In a microwave, gently melt chocolate and coconut oil.
- Stir in quinoa, cranberries, nuts, seeds and sea salt.
- Spoon into silicone muffin cases and top with extra toppings.
- Chill 30 mins to set.
- Store in fridge or freezer.
