This curcumin has been extracted from turmeric at 95% therefore increasing its strength. These are what give turmeric powder its distinct deep yellow colouring. In addition to its benefits as a natural supplement, turmeric is also used as a culinary spice. Top Tip: To increase bioavailability add a little black pepper or coconut oil.
