Do not eat raw. 1) Soak 100g of beans in 500ml of water for 12 hours. 2) Drain and rinse. 3) Place the beans in 500ml water. 4) Bring to the boil and boil for 10 minutes. 5) Reduce the heat and simmer for 80 minutes.
