Organic Cannellini Beans 250g. A variety of white beans, known for their creamy texture, mild flavour and versatility in cooking.
Add to minestrone, salads or pasta dishes.
Directions: Soak 100g beans in 500ml cold water for 12 hours or overnight. Drain. Place beans in a saucepan with 500ml water. Bring pan to boil and boil for 10 minutes. Reduce heat and simmer for 90 minutes or until beans are tender. Drain and use as required.
Packed in a factory that also packs cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley), peanuts, nuts, sesame and products which contain sulphur dioxide/sulphites.
