Directions for use:
For general purposes take 20 drops/1ml in cold water, three times a day.
It can also be added to food, juices, smoothies, and sauces etc. It can be added to hot or cold water.
Each 1ml/20 drops contains a traditionally prepared hot water extract of Hericium erinaceaus/Lions Mane fruit bodies. Equivalent to 250mg of dried Lions Mane. In base of vegetable glycerine 70%.
This product does not contain mycelia or growing medium, only whole fruit bodies.
Caution: Do not use this product if you have had an organ transplant or are taking immunosuppressants.
