Giant Pearl Cous Cous 500g. Pearl cous cous has larger, round grains compared to regular cous cous. When cooked, giant pearl cous cous has a chewy and slightly firm texture, it is super versatile for various dishes.
How to cook:
Cover cous cous with water/stock and bring to a boil in a saucepan.
Reduce heat and simmer for 6 minutes until most of the water has been absorbed.
Remove from the heat, separate the grains with a fork and use as required.
Packed in a factory that also packs cereals containing gluten (Wheat, Barley), peanuts, nuts, sesame and products which contain sulphur dioxide/sulphites.
