A creamy tropical smoothie combining sweet mango, banana and vibrant ube for a naturally sweet & colourful drink. Quick to prepare & perfect for breakfast or as afternoon refreshment.

Preparation time: 5 minutes

Ingredients (serves 1-2)

  • 1 frozen banana
  • 150g frozen mango chunks
  • 250ml oat drink
  • 1 tbsp Grape Tree Ube Powder
  • 1 tbsp chia seeds
  • 1 tsp maple syrup (optional)

Method

  1. Add the frozen banana, frozen mango, oat drink, Grape Tree Ube Powder, chia seeds and maple syrup (if using) to a high-speed blender.
  2. Blend until smooth and creamy. If needed, add a splash more oat drink to reach your preferred consistency.
  3. Pour into glasses and serve immediately.

Notes

  • For an even creamier smoothie, add a spoonful of coconut yoghurt.
  • Adjust the sweetness with extra maple syrup if desired.
  • Sprinkle with chia seeds, coconut flakes or mango before serving for extra texture.
