These little brownie bites are rich, fudgy and deeply chocolatey - but packed with fibre too.

Made with dates, walnuts, cacao and inulin powder, then finished with melted chocolate, tahini and sea salt for that sweet-salty balance.

The kind of snack that feels indulgent but still leaves you feeling good

Makes: 12 Prep Time: 15 mins Chill Time: 30 mins

Ingredients

To Finish:

  • 50g dark chocolate, melted with coconut oil
  • Sea salt flakes

Method

  1. Add all ingredients to a food processor and blend until a sticky dough forms.
  2. Line a tray with baking paper.
  3. Drizzle with melted chocolate and sprinkle with sesame seeds and sea salt.
  4. Chill for 30 minutes to firm up.
  5. Store chilled.
