Say goodbye to boring chocolate bars – this Chocolate Fruit & Nut Bark is where indulgence meets feel-good snacking. Packed with naturally sweet dates, chewy apricots, tangy cranberries, crunchy puffed rice, seeds, and walnuts, it’s all swirled into rich dark chocolate and finished with a dreamy tahini drizzle.

Makes: 8–10 pieces

Chill Time: 30 minutes

Ingredients

Method:

  1. Melt the chocolate gently over a bain marie or in the microwave in short bursts.
  2. Line a baking tray with parchment. Pour the melted chocolate onto the tray and spread to a thin layer.
  3. Scatter the chopped fruits, nuts, seeds, and puffed rice evenly on top.
  4. If using tahini, drizzle over and use a toothpick to create a swirl.
  5. Chill in the fridge for 30 minutes or until set.
  6. Break into chunks and store in the fridge in an airtight container.
