Dried Shiitake Mushrooms. A popular and versatile ingredient used in many dishes. They have a distinctive savoury flavour.
They are known for their rich, earthy and slightly smoky taste which adds depth to your favourite dishes. They can be sliced or chopped and added to recipes for their unique flavour and meaty texture.
Packed in a factory that also packs cereals containing gluten (wheat, barley), peanuts, nuts, milk, soya, egg, sesame and products which contain sulphites and sulphur dioxide.
Warning: cook before use. Soak in warm water for 20 minutes before use then add to stir-dries, soups or meat.
