Suggested ratios of coconut milk powder to water: To make coconut milk for drinking 10g : 60ml To make coconut milk for cooking 10g : 40ml To make coconut cream 10g : 20ml Recipe: Mushroom Stroganoff Ingredients 300g mushrooms 3 tbsp Coconut Milk Powder 1 tbsp coconut oil 1 tbsp chopped parsley 1 tbsp spelt flour (or regular flour) mixed with 1/4 cup water 1 pint vegetable broth 1 small diced onion 1 tsp smoke paprika 1 tsp mustard 2 minced garlic cloves Salt and pepper to taste Directions1. Coat a large pan with coconut oil and cook the onions and mushrooms on a medium heat for 4-5 minutes. 2. Add the garlic and paprika then cook for 3 minutes. 3. Mix in vegetable stock, coconut milk powder, mustard, and salt and pepper, then cook on a low heat for 10 minutes. 4. Add flour and water then stir continuously for 2 minutes. 5. Finally, season to taste.
