A vibrant and refreshing iced latte with earthy ube, creamy oat milk & rich espresso. This easy drink comes together in just a few minutes - perfect for a vibrant afternoon pick-me-up.

Ingredients (serves 1)

Method

  1. Add the ube powder to a small bowl or jug with 2-3 tablespoons of oat drink (slightly warmed). Whisk until completely smooth with no lumps remaining.
  2. Stir in the maple syrup, followed by the remaining oat drink.
  3. Fill a tall glass with ice cubes and pour over the ube mixture.
  4. Slowly pour the cooled espresso over the back of a spoon to create a layered effect.
  5. Serve immediately and stir before drinking.

Notes

  • For a sweeter drink, add a little extra maple syrup or agave.
  • Chilling the espresso before pouring helps create more defined layers.
  • For a frothier finish, froth a small amount of the oat drink before adding it to the glass.
