WARNING: Do not eat raw. Cooking instructions: 1) Rinse 100g of bulgur wheat in cold water. 2) Bring 400ml of water or stock the the boil in a saucepan. 3) Add bulgur wheat to saucepan and simmer for 15 minutes. 4) Remove off the heat, drain off any excess water ans stand for 10 minutes. 5) Serve.
