Description

Puro Organic Coconut Flour 500g is made from the meat of mature coconuts, finely ground into a light flour that is great for home cooking and baking. For best results always follow a recipe that is specifically designed for use with coconut flour.

A raw and natural flour that will make a great gluten and grain free flour alternative for making bread, cookies, cakes and smoothies.

Fluffy Coconut Pancakes: 4 medium eggs 180ml coconut cream 60ml of whole milk 2 tsps vanilla extract 1 tbsp honey 100g coconut flour 1 tsp baking powder 1/4 tsp sea salt Coconut oil or butter for frying Method: 1. In a small bowl beat eggs until frothy for about two minutes. Then mix in the milk, vanialla and honey. 2. In a larger bowlcombine coconut flour, baking powder and sea salt then whisk together. Add in the wet ingredientsand mix well. Allow to sit for 3-5 minutes. 3. Grease a pan with butter or coconut oil and heat. Ladle a few batches of the mixture in to the pan. 4. Cook on a low heat for approximately 4 minutes or until the bottom of the pancake is brown. Flip and cook for an additional 2-3 minutes. 5. Serve with your favourite toppings.
