Apple Cider

Aside from being a fantastic cooking ingredient, apple cider vinegar is often referred to as 'The Mother of all-natural remedies’ thanks to its acclaimed health benefits some of which are supported by science and include: weight loss, lower blood sugar levels and improved symptoms of diabetes. It’s delicious in a salad dressing and works famously with eggs or simply used to flavour vegetables and other ingredients. You can also add to smoothies or dilute with some water and a drizzle of honey.
