Our glace Angelica comes from France. The stem of the plant, which is a member of the parsley family, is harvested and boiled in a sugar syrup to produce this product. A traditional favourite that is great for trifles, deserts and producing elaborate cake decorations. It is widely used as a decoration for cakes and desserts. Ingredients: Angelica, glucose fructose syrup, sugar. Colouring E150a, E133. Acidity regulator : E330. Preservative : SULPHUR DIOXIDE
