Cooking instructions: 1) Rinse 100g of buckwheat in cold water. 2) Bring 500ml of water or stock to the boil in a saucepan. 3) Add the buckwheat to the saucepan and simmer for 20 minutes. 4) Remove off the heat, drain off any excess water and stand for 10 minutes. 5) Serve.
